This notice describes the Oh Boy! Studios public website and its private Studio OS. The website and private Studio OS are operated by OH BOY! STUDIOS, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (Department ID W27767821), formed September 30, 2026.

Public website

The public project inquiry form collects your name, email, project or service selection, timing, budget range, optional business name, optional call availability and time zone, and the brief you provide. Your inquiry is stored in the private Studio OS so the studio can review and respond. It does not sign you up for marketing. This website does not currently offer a newsletter signup, advertising, or audience-tracking analytics. To limit abuse, the form stores a temporary hourly hash derived from your connection address and a submission count; it does not store the raw address in that counter. Counters older than 24 hours are removed when later submissions are processed. The hosting platform may process technical information such as request, security, and diagnostic logs to provide and protect the site.

Private Studio OS

The Studio OS is intended for the studio owner and specifically invited project clients. When you sign in, the platform provides identity details such as your account email. The system stores business records, approval history, and project summaries in its application database. Clients can see only projects that the studio owner has specifically shared with their signed-in account. Do not enter sensitive personal information or payment-card data.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the website and private workspace, maintain records and security, and respond to a request when a contact channel is available. This site does not currently send marketing email. Information is not sold. Service providers may process information as needed to host, authenticate, secure, or operate the service.

Retention and choices

Business records are retained for operational, legal, and accounting needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the studio. Some records may need to be retained where law requires or permits it, or to resolve a dispute. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

Children and changes

This site is not designed for children under 13, and the public website does not knowingly collect their information. This notice may be updated as the site and products change; the revision date above will change when it does.
