THE STARTING POINT

Your phone. Your deck. Your people.

Good Company brings the social energy of a card table to the phones already in everyone’s hands. Players create or join a room, take their seats, and play a game of cards, points, truces, and well-timed betrayal.

THE CASE STUDY / HOW IT WAS BUILT

01 / THE IDEA

Bring your people. Deal the rest.

The starting point is a social game that friends can join from their phones. A room code and shared invitation connect the table without requiring everyone to learn a complicated setup.

02 / THE EXPERIENCE

Three cards. Plenty of choices.

Play a card, gift one to another player, or hold your hand. Attacks, shields, private points, and round-long truces make each decision part of the conversation.

03 / THE ENGINEERING

One table. Separate hands.

A server validates game actions and keeps each player’s hand private. Persistent room state, turn checks, and duplicate-action handling support a game that can recover after refreshes and connection interruptions.

04 / THE SOCIAL SYSTEM

A little trust. A little chaos.

Players can accept a truce or break their word. A shared activity feed and five-round standings give the table a history beyond the last card played.

THE PRODUCT DIRECTION

A world worth
coming back to.

Make a shared game easy to start and worth playing again. The experience keeps private hands on individual phones while giving the whole table a common story through moves, deals, and round standings.

  • A shared table joined by room code or invitation
  • Private hands and server-validated turns
  • Truces, betrayals, and five-round standings

KEEP THE CONVERSATION GOING
